March 2000 Robotech 3000 Footage shown March 19, 2000 - At the Fanime 2k covention, Fred Patten of Harmony Gold/Streamline showed off the preview for Robotech 3000. A completely 3-D Computer Graphics scene with new mecha that doesn't look transformable. The people at the preview screamed bloody murder and hated Robotech 3000 from what was shown. April 2000 Rumored Robotech Game April 16, 2000 - There are rumors going around that Harmony Gold has been in negotiations with a game company. Not much is known. It'll be either for the PC or consoles. Source: Rumored News
May 2000 Robotech 3000 Rumored of Switching Studios May 20, 2000 - New rumors are arising that Robotech 3000 will no longer be done by Netter Digital, likely due to the bashing at the convention. It is rumored that Foundation Imaging might be doing the new series. This would mean the series would still be Computer Graphics, FI makes the new Starship Trooper Cartoon. July 2000 Robotech Videos and DVDs by ADV Films July 2, 2000 - ADV Films are releasing all 85 episodes of the Robotech series on Video Tape and DVD. They will be produced by Carl Macek himself.
