All shipping is done on Wednesdays & Saturdays.
All payments received by NOON (EST) on Wednesday or Saturday are shipped the same day.

Example: 2 retail box items at $5.49/$4.49 additional + 2 jewel case items at $3.99/$2.99 additional.
$5.49 1st BOX + $4.49 2nd BOX + $2.99 3rd JC + $2.99 4th JC = $15.96 total S&H. Savings = $3.00

Single CD Jewel Case are usually $3.99 First Class unless noted otherwise.
Double CD Jewel Case are usually $3.99 First Class unless noted otherwise.
CD shrink-wrapped w/manual are usually $4.49 First Class unless noted otherwise.
Retail Box items (0-1 Lbs) are $4.49 Media Mail unless noted otherwise.

All Canada & International orders are shipped First Class Mail International (4-7 days) unless otherwise noted.

Insurance is available for Canada & International orders, but the cost will probably exceed the price of the item since it has to be shipped Parcel Post, therefore it may not be worth it.

Return Policy

I try to keep my costs down so that I can offer my customers the best prices.

Please do your research before you buy. I will be happy to share any information I have on any product to help you make an informed decision.

All returned merchandise must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA number prior to return. All returned products must be labeled with the assigned RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and will be returned to the sender at his or her expense

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs, including initial freight, on merchandise returned to me for exchange or warranty.

I cannot accept exchange items unless they are defective. Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery, are in un-sellable condition, or have missing parts will be charged a restocking fee.

Returns due to a lack of technical understanding or interest in getting an item to work properly will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, with no exceptions
