Once again, the League is forced to expand by one team in each league. Justin Realty becomes a National League sponsor, while Keller Engineering joins the American League. The season is shortened to 15 games.
Pastori's Home Builders, an original sponsor, becomes the second in two seasons to drop its sponsorship. Pastori cites the completion of development of Rutherford. Gilio Music becomes a National League sponsor.
