Rutherford National repeats as district champion, squeezing past Saddle Brook, 3-2 in 9 innings, in the final. In a second-round game, the Nationals edge Hasbrouck Heights, 1-0, pushing a run across in the 8th inning after visiting pitcher Jason Noyes hurled 7 perfect innings. Dave Brooks fans 18 in 8 innings for Rutherford.
