Two things are definately true in our society.
First, that racism comes in all colors.
Second, Black racist demagogues are a protected politcal class. (just like
america hating, communist propagandists masquerading a college professors, but that's a story for another day)
Je$$e Jackson and Al Sharpton have made handsome living distorting issues
to arouse Black anger along with a false sense of victimhood. Lewis Farakahn and Professor Cornell West routinely go
on obscene rants against whites without suffering any consequences.
Any white person who pulled half of their nonsense would be ostracised,
investigated, harassed, persecuted, and possibly prosecuted.
Well there's a new bigot in town ! One with lots of political connections
but no class. A women who has a long history of Racist Intolerance, who is viral anti-semite and an extreme leftwing sociopath
to boot.
I'm talking about Cynthia Mckinney, of course! Until recently McKinney's
mischief has flown under the radar of most Americans. So I'd like to thank her for doing the country a favor by punching
a Capital Policeman. And putting her racism and low class arrogance on display for all to see!
The Capital Police have the duty of protecting the Senate and the Congress
as well as citizen visitors to the Capital Building from terrorists, criminals, and dangerously deranged individuals. Everyone
has to pass through a check point. Senators and Congress-people have been issued bagdes that enable them to pass through the
check points without being searched or being made to walk through the metal detectors.
A couple of weeks ago Mckinney who had a new hairdo and what looks like
a bit of a makeover (it didn't help) forgot her badge. A policeman in charge of the check point didn't recognize her and told
her to go through the metal detector. McKinney just ignored the guy and kept walking. She could have explained what happened
but chose to blow the guy off. The policeman called out to her a few more times asking her politely to stop! When McKinney
kept up her ignorant behavior the policeman chased her down grabbed her by the arm, turned her around and started to tell
her that she must go through the checkpoint. McKinney turned around and punched the policeman numeroucs times in
the chest with closed fist. It should have been over then and there but when the officer realized who she was, he let her
go. He should have put on the ground, cuffered her and placed her under arrest.
So Congresswomen McKinney was permitted to go her way. Typically
McKinney has refused to acknowlege any wrong actions or guilt on her part. And has vasilated between stating regret without
acknowleging fault, refusing to discuss the matter on advice from attorney, and making claims that she was a victim of racism.
The words of her bigoted attorney, James W. Myatt Jr are typical
and are as follows:

by law enforcement officials because of how she looks and the color of her skin,"
McKinney's personal and professional history not only reeks
of racism and prejudice, it also is rife with Anti-Semitism .
Cynthia the commie McKinney is also a member of a number of radical
leftist organizations and is a virulent pro-abortionist.

Congresswoman McKinney became an outspoken member of the radical Progressive Caucus. The group Americans for Democratic Action (ADA) rated her voting record 95 percent on the left side of legislation. She
also joined the Congressional Black Caucus.
McKinney has had a 100 percent pro-union voting record, according to the AFL-CIO. She has also had a solidly "pro-education"
voting record, according to the National Education Association (NEA), which shares her ideology. McKinney earned this honor
in part by voting in 1998 to deny vouchers to the 70 percent of African-American parents in Washington, D.C. who want to liberate
their children from inferior, unionized public schools.
McKinney opposed the tax cuts proposed by President George W. Bush, endorsing instead the Progressive Caucus' "American People's Dividend," a payment of $300 to every person in America, the same for all whether a person paid $1 million in taxes or $0.
Although nominally a Roman Catholic, McKinney had a 100 percent pro-choice voting record, according to the National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL), a group that strongly backed her for re-election in 2002. In 2000 she voted against legislation to ban partial-birth
abortions.
In 2000 Cynthia McKinney was one of only 15 Members of Congress to vote against the "Born-Alive Infants Protection Act." This measure provided that if during the procedure commonly called a "partial birth
abortion" a nearly-born infant slipped entirely out of its mother before its brains were vacuumed out, it would acquire the
human rights of a person already born.
In 1999 she voted against banning physician-assisted suicide. In 1994 she voted to replace the death penalty with life
imprisonment.
In 1998 McKinney voted against ending racial preferences in college admissions.
During the 2000 presidential campaign, wrote journalist Michael Barone, "following a complaint by black Secret Service
agents, [McKinney's] office issued a statement attacking [Democratic candidate] Al Gore's low 'Negro tolerance level' and
accused him of rarely having more than one black agent with him."
In 2001 she voted for legislation to impose nationwide same-day voter registration on election days. This would have eliminated
most checks and safeguards that prevent fraudulent voting.
In 1994 McKinney refused to vote for a resolution condemning the anti-Semitic speeches of Khalid Muhammad, a firebrand
disciple of Nation of Islam leader Rev. Louis Farrakhan.
Beginning in 1997, McKinney voted repeatedly to cut U.S. aid to Israel.
With regard to the environment, McKinney joined with such radical eco-activist groups as the Rainforest Action Network and the Earth Island Institute in endorsing the Heritage Tree Preservation Act, which seeks to ban all logging in old-growth forests.
In 2001 the United States withdrew most of its diplomatic participation in the United Nations' World Conference Against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia And Related Intolerance in Durban, South Africa after it became clear that the gathering would give prominence not only to anti-American but also
to anti-Israel and anti-Semitic leaders. Despite this, seven members of Congress including Congresswoman McKinney attended,
and they, plus another seven congressional Democrats, lent their prestige to what became an anti-Jewish hatefest.
In May 2002 McKinney was one of 17 House Democrats who voted against a House Resolution (HR 392) expressing support for
Israel as it faced terrorist attacks that killed more than 600 civilians. The resolution she opposed stated that, "the United
States and Israel are now engaged in a common struggle against terrorism."
In 2002, after McKinney lost her bid for the Democratic nomination to her seat in Congress, her father offered the media
a four-letter word as explanation: "The Jews, J-E-W-S." McKinney lost to a more moderate African-American woman, Denise Majette.
Many Jewish leaders had given support to her opponent after it came to light that McKinney had taken huge political campaign contributions from radical Muslims, including some with links to terrorist-supporting organizations. McKinney also had the support of Minister Louis Farrakhan.
"McKinney has enjoyed strong support from the Arab and Muslim community, which views her as a prime backer of a Palestinian
state," wrote investigative reporter Matthew E. Berger in 2004. "A review of her Federal Election Commission filings shows a slew of Arab
surnames, and she received $1,000 from the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee."
And McKinney in exchange was willing and eager to speak out in concert with such views. When a Saudi prince tried to use
his $10 million 9-11 charity donation as a platform from which to criticize U.S. support for Israel, New York Mayor Rudi Giuliani
returned Prince Alwaleed bin Talal's check. Congresswoman McKinney then immediately wrote to the Prince to offer her services in helping him spend his $10 million.
"A growing number of people in the United States," McKinney wrote sycophantically to the Prince, "recognize, like you,
that U.S. policy in the Middle East needs serious examination."
A member of her congressional staff, Raeed Tayeh, wrote to the Capitol Hill magazine Roll Call to criticize "these pro-Israeli lawmakers [who] sit on the House International
Relations Committee despite the obvious conflict of interest that their emotional attachments to Israel cause…. The
Israeli occupation of all territories must end, including Congress."
On Berkeley Pacifica Radio station KPFA, McKinney even implied that President George W. Bush knew in advance that the September 11, 2001, attacks on
the World Trade Center and Pentagon were coming — declaring that the President let thousands of innocent people die
because this would somehow profit the Bush family's wealthy friends.

But, getting back to McKinney's current outburst of racial

crying out loud ! Such racial bigotry and arrogance should not be tolerated from anyone especially someone in such a high
national leadership position.
Frankly speaking, she should be shipped off to Singapore and caned
on world wide television but that will never happen. Too bad for our nation!

After getting himself transfered to a Swift Boat Command
and finding out that people were firing real ammo at him and he might get killed, John Kerry translated 3 superficial injuries into
purple hearts and to the relief of his commanders and other Swift Boat Officers was released from Vietnam Duty. Kerry
had used political influence to get the Swift Boat Command with the hopes of gaining a huge boost in the politcal career
that he had been dreaming of since his childhood. After all JFK was a PT boat commander during world war two.
After returning to the States Kerry became active in the anti-war
movement and became the leader of Vietnam Vets against the war. Kerry's "new" fellow warriors were the Fanatical Communists
and America Hating Leftwing Radicals who ruled the anti-war movement and received much of their funding and instructions from
our sworn enemies in Moscow.
During this time Mr Kerry took part in a meeting with fellow radicals
, the main topic of the meeting was the assination of American Political Leaders. Also around this time, Kerry
lied before a congressional commitee claiming that our soldiers regularly tortured, raped and dismembered Vietnamese Citizens.
In case you weren't around then it was the biggest lie that he's told in his long "distinguished" career as a leftwing sophist.
But, the Capstone of this phase of Mr Kerry's career was his meeting
with agents of the North Vietnemese Government and Vietcong in Paris while still a member of the Armed Forces. Kerry later
followed strategies discussed in this meeting to agitate for an end of the War and to propagandize the American People. That's
known as TREASON !
Kerry should be thankful everyday that he didn't suffer the same fate
as past traitors, keep his mouth shut and crawl back under the rock that he slithered out from under. But only in America
can a traitor be taken under the wing of a fellow subversive and rise to high political prominence.
So now this traitor who voted fund the Iraq War, before he voted against
it and who went on the record in the 1990's during the Clinton Administration urging the removal of Saddam Hussien and
stated the Hussein had and was intent on producing weapons of mass destruction, then went on the record stating that Hussein
was not a threat and had no weapons of mass destruction for the purpose of garnering political support alone. This Louse went
on Television last Sunday and accused our young men and women in the military of terrorizing Iraqi Civilians. There are no
words that can express the contempt that this amoral, empty suite deserves.
I hate to even mention him but misinformation and treason need to be
addressed and that's what Kerry and the Democratic Party by and large are about. They are willing to create a false reality,
lie through their teeth, and risk the lives of our young men and women as well as the welfare of our country to gain
political power.
How you get any lower than that I don't know. It enrages me that while
so many young americans are sacrificing themselves for our welfare, people like John Kerry, Howard Dean and the Democratic
Party are betraying them.
For Kerry, not much has changed in 33 years.

John Kerry's latest attack of arrogant condecension has
resulted in something new for "His Royal Snottiness" , namely his first true act of public service after years of mischief
in the Senate. Speaking at on the safe liberal turf of Pasadena College at a politcal rally for Democratic Ca. Gubentorial
Candidate Pete Angelos, the Taxachussettes leftist let out with the following remark:
"You know, education , if you make the most of it, if you study hard and you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, uh, you, you can do well. If you don't, you get stuck in Iraq."
If ever there was a living example of the words of Our Lord "from the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks"
that was it. It's obvious from his statement that Kerry believes that our armed forces are made up of the
stupid, the uneducated and the failures of our society. Not only that he equates military service as some sort of booby prize,
more like a punishment for stupid behavior than the honorable and brave profession that it truely is !
Kerry's remarks have crytalized the fact in the minds of many Americans that not only Kerry but most Democrats have a similar
attitude toward our military and have done nothing for the safety and well being of our nation but undermine it. And for that
John F Kerry I thank you !
After all it was the profligate negligence of Bill Clinton and his minions that not only ignored
the threat posed by the terrorists to our nation and the world, they hid it from the American People and the policies that
they installed to protect themselves from investigations into their treasonesss behavior prevented our intelligance agencies
from communitcating with one another and helped facilitate the 9/11 attacks. By the way they are still trying to cover
their behinds in regard to these things which is why among other things they are pouring large amounts of money into the destruction
of Curt Weldin who has blown the whistle (though no one is listening) on the Clinton Administration and State Departments
hamstringing of the Able Danger Project which uncovered the fact that an attack was being planned but was prohibited
from sharing this information. But that's another story.
When you carefully consider some of the outright garbage being promoted at our so called institutes
of higher learning it's really quite humerous that the Boston Brahamin equates staying in school and getting a college
degree with the attainment of the human condition known as smart (smartness or smarthood).
To understand where Kerry is coming from it helps to know that his mother comes from an old money
Boston Family that can trace it's roots way back to the beginings of our nation. These families are known in the Boston high
society as "Brahmins". Eventhough Kerry's mother's family now longer posseses the amount of wealth they once owned
(a source of great consternation for poor Johnny) , His Royal Snottiness comes from a world that sees itself as a kind of
royalty that looks down it's collective nose at the rest of us. It was no doubt his mother's connections that assisted
young Kerry in getting his swift boat command. You see Kerry from his early teen years in elitist boarding schools spoke of
becoming President of the United States even while he and his brother were coversing in French at one of the more upper crusty
boarding schools in Europe. When it became evident that military service would be hard even for someone such as himself to
avoid, Kerry realized the appeal of putting together a resume that would appear to the public to have some things in common
with the resume of that other Bostonian John F Kennedy. The trouble was that Kerry soon found out that Swift Boats rather
than being a safe duty far from the fighting were actively engaged in the War and that people were actually shooting at him. So
John F Kerry managed to recieve 3 purple hearts in three months which gave him an automatic out from the war. Military
rules at that time allowed a serviceman who recived 3 purple hearts to opt out of serving in a war zone.
Kerry's first purple heart was a small piece of schrapnel that amounted to a splinter in the words
of the doctor who treated him. Kerry also had the forsight to bring a typewritter with him to Vietnam which happened
to be the only typewritter in his unit so all of the injury reports or requests for medals were typed up by guess who. Just
think about it an injury serious enough to rate as one purple heart is going to put someone out of action for a while, Kerry's
whole time of service in Vietnam was 3 months ! The real clincher or third purple heart happened after Kerry turned tale and
ran his Swift Boat away from a fire fight. Safely up river The Mighty Warrior tossed a grenade into a small boat used by a
family to dry rice. The resulting explosion caused a piece of rice shrapnel to embed itself in Kerry's behind which was a
more than fitting end to his so called service. Why do you think all but 10 or so of the 200 and something people who were
part of his Swift Boat Group oranized themselves to stop his Presidential Bid regardless of what political persuasion they
held ?
Kerry's conniving and cowardness were nothing in comparision
to his actions after leaving Vietnam. Kerry joined Vietnam Veterans against the war and became one of it's leaders.
Kerry personally worked with the leaders of Soviet Funded antiwar groups. As a representative of American Antiwar Radical
Groups Kerry even met with agents of North Vietnam in Paris during the war and this was before he was released from military
duty.
That in itself was treason but it didn't end there. Kerry and his group
Vietnam Veterans against the war in following the plan given to them in Paris contacted other Vietnam and attempted to
pressure them into making fasle statements and accustions about our nations actions in the war and the conduct of their fellow
soldiers, distributed lying propaganda about the war, led numerous protests and finally gave a well orchestarted false
testimony to a congressional committe investigating the War in Vietnam. It was here that Kerry arrogantly lied bare faced
about the actions of our soldiers and countrymen. Kerry stated under oath that our soldiers regularly, cut off ears, cut off
heads, murdered civilians, mutilated people, raped, and razed villages in a manner reminiscent of Genghis Kahn. Kerry stated
under oath that these actions were regular everyday activities carried out with the blessing of our military high command.
I still marvel at the fact that this amoral traitor has
never seen the inside of a jail cell or faced a firing squad. It only proves just how far people who hate and want to destroy
the traditional underpinnings of our society have penetrated positions of power and influence in our country and have been
in place for some time ! If one someone supposedly serving in our military at the time of Washington, Lincolns, or Teddy
Roosevelt had pulled off one tenth of this, what do you think the outcome would have been ?
Today we have a whole political party
that is more committed to returning to power than protecting our nation. The Democrats have lied about the war against terror
and fought to undermine it at every turn falsey accusing our President of more or less being of the same moral fiber
that they are.

Displaying the arrogance and poor judgement that was one of the hall marks of his Presidency,
former Presidential Disaster Jimmy Carter used the memorial service for Coretta Scott King as a launching pad of boobus nitwitery
that was intended to attack and undermine President Bush.
Mr Carter who abandoned our ally The Shah of Iran causing his fall, opened the door for Ayotollah
Kohmenie's rise to power. Mr Carter's ineptitude set in motion the rise of the mad mullahs and destabilized the whole middle
east contributing to numerous wars, the rise to power of Saddam Hussien, Osama Bin Laden (also known on this web page as Old
Salami Bin Balmy), the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent people and the price that you are currently paying
to gas your car. As if that wasn't enough Mr Carter gave up our lease on the Panama Canal (it's now controled by a company
that is little more than an arm of the Red Chinese Military; abandoned our ally President Samoza in Nicaraugau because he imprisoned
and killed Communist insurgents and allowed the dead red Communist Sandineista's to take over that nation and oppress it's
people.
A true economic genius (ask him, I'm sure that he'd like to tell you all about it) led to
high unemployment rate, double digit interest rates that peaked in the low twenties and economic disaster.
His sterling leadership as commander and chief of our armed forces greatly weakened our
military.
After his "one term" of "service to our country" was over, during the Reign of Bill and Hillary
it was Jimmy who brokered the deal in which our nation gave nuclear technology and assistance that could be used to make
nuclear weapons to that mad man Kim Jong Il. We of course were going to help the starving masses in North Korea
and let Kim Jong Thug know that we cared about him and his nation and were willing help them. He wouldn't need to attack other
nations anymore because his country was backward and his people were starving. Of course Kim Jong Il promised to use
that technololgy only for peaceful purposes to help his country. Now not only are people of North Korea still starving,
the little maniac is threatening to launch nukes against us and anyonelse that he doesn't like.
Those are only some of Mr Carter's career highlights.
I said all that to say this ; now Mr Carter has the unmitigated nerve to attack Mr Bush because
he has used the constitutional power of the Presidency to empower the NSA to listen in on the conversations that members of
Al Qaida are having with their agents in America ?
This attack was not without some unintential humor on Jimmy's part however. He ineptly compared
President Bush's use of intelligence gathering in the current war against terrorist's to former Attorney General Bobby
Kennedy and former FBI head J Egar Hoover's wire tapping of Martin Luther King Jr during the days of the civil rights
movement.
Bobby Kennedy was a Liberal Democrat and is also remembered as a champion of the civil rights
movement.
Jimmy is obviously bugged because President Bush is rightfully ignoring FISA court which was
put in place by Mr Carter to review and preapprove all wire taps or surveilence authorized by the President. It matters little
to Mr Carter that any delay in the surveilence could cause information that is critical for the defense of this nation to
be lost.
Jimbo is obviously more concerned with preserving the limits he instituted on the Presidency
than he is with our safety and welfare. President Bush has been Reagenesque by putting the welfare of our nation first and
refusing to cowtow the the internationalist elitists whose flunkies still infest our State Department. These Sovereignty
Hating, Old Money Interest's main concern is preserving what they believe to be global stability so that multination
business interests and the global economy can march forward. The preservation of our sovereignty and the welfare of ordinary
American citizens does not register on their radar. If Americans are killed or our military humiliated by being pulled
out of a thug controled back water like Somilia, so what ? It's for the "greater good', their longterm goal is the piecemeal
destruction of our sovereignty and identity as well as the establishment of a global government. The Peanut Man who is or
was a member of the Council on Foreign relations is in lock step with these elitist bilge rats.
The former Sociopath and Chief Wilhelm Jefferson Clinton had no trouble benevolently ignoring
and even covering up the attacks of terrorists against our country, and eagerly signed on to every sovereignty stripping power
grabs engineered by the globalists such as the Kyoto Treaty, The World Court, a Global Communications Tax, The Law of the
Seas Treaty, The U.N. parental authority stripping Rights of the Child Treaty just to name of few. Bush on the other hand
put the welfare of our nation ahead of the dreams and power lusts of the Social Utopians elitists and naieve dopes like Jimmy
Carter hate him for it. Ergo Jimmy Carter and his ilk will use any platform that they can find to distort reality, mislead
the masses, and vilify our President.
It's one thing to be an arrogant elitist half wit, it's something else to be proud of it.

ON A LIGHTER SIDE
Thought that all would be sorrow and sadness now that
the Dems have siezed control of the House and Senate after the Republicans turned on their base and squandered it ?
FEAR NOT !
In what should be fun to watch Tail Gunner Teddy Kennedy has promised to go on
the offensive for the unions in the next Senatorial Session.
Tedski has promised Union Thugs that he will push for the passage of the
Employee Free Choice Act, a bill that Kennedy himself authored. The Bill if passed would increase the penalties on employers
who commit labor law violations during a union drive. But the real pearl is the provision of the law that requires a company
to accept a union if the majority of it's employees sign union cards.
Under current law a company must allow an election to take place after union
cards are signed by a majority of it's employees. All such elections under current law are done by secret ballot only !
Unlike their Democratic Party buddies, the unions are unable to produce
secret ballot votes using the names of dead people.
Under the Employee Free Choice Act the interim period used by employers to promote
their side to their employees after cards are signed would be eliminated.
In fairness to the unions I've been through this myself. In my case the
company used legal tricks to tie the election up for two years after the 60 percent of it's employees signed cards. Many employees
were deeply discourged by the delay and lost faith in the union. The company used this time to conduct an less
than honest information campaign regarding union membership as well as unions in general, and fired the most
unpopular member of management which is a standard tactic during a union drive. An illegal group of anti union activist
employees was formed. Exceptionally gullible employees were given extra overtime during the union drive that others weren't
as well as special attention, and long deserved raises were suddenly and mysteriously given out. When election time
finally came the union lost.
On the flip side if the Employee Free Choice Act becomes law, I have a strange
feeling that the unions will use every trick at their disposal including certain forms of intimidation to get those cards
signed. I wouldn't be surpised if employees who refuse to sign a union card will discover that a union card with their signature
on it was turned in.
The best way to deal with this unpleasant reality is to enact a Federal Mandate
that commands a secret ballot election within 60 days after the majority of a company's employees sign cards or
the union will be automatically recognized. That gives the companies plenty of time to explain their side and make their case
to their employees.
Then employees will have a fair shot at deciding if the want to give part of
their hard earned pay to union fat cats. And if they would like a system put in place that protects slackers, doles out
promotions by seniority rather than knowlege, commitment and performance and gives raises by time spent taking up space
rather than achievement.
Wait there's more voting in a union will also enable the union will take
some of their dues to support groups who promote abortion and gay rights, as well as affirmative action which is really
reverse discrimination. These new union members will also experience the joy of having some of their union dues
used to support the Democratic Party ! Yep the union fat cats and radicals will do all that with their new members money
while live large in the process.
Then again some companies do embrace a corporate bloodsucker culture so
greedy and exploitative that their employees would be glad to put up with all of the union negatives listed above in order
imporve their lot.
Scared yet ? No need ! Tedski's Bill will have to get through the Senate with
a philibuster proof majority. If the Dems change the now unconstituional phillibuster rules like the gutless Republicans should
have , Bush will no doubt make the the Employee Free Choice Act his first veto.
All in all watching the process and listening to Tedski's bluster should be good
for some laughs.

cocked this week calling President Bush and English Prime Minister Tony Blair "international terrrorists" who are out to dominate
the world like Adolf Hitler.
Mr Mugabee whose policies have transformed Zimbawbe, a country with
fertile soil and a great climate that was formerly known as the breadbasket of southern Africa into an agricultural disaster
that requires food aid from the United Nations, used his speech at the International Celebration marking the 60th anniversary
to the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization in Rome, Italy to lauch his tirade.
Mugabee's other accomplishments include a 70 percent unemployment rate
and the racist policy of evicting white farmers from their properties. However the Mugabee government is considering placing
white farmers back on tobacco farms. Tobacco is the big money crop in Zimbabwe, so as long as Robbie and his band of thugs
are eating who cares if 5 million of his countryman are in danger of starving.
Recently Mugabee and his commie government have been feeling the heat
of intenational trade sanctions from our nation. Even the weak kneed European Union has slapped a travel ban on this petty
tyrant due to his vote rigging of Zimbabwe's last election.
A former guerilla warrior who along with his communist organization,
the Zanu party, has ruled Zimbabwe with an iron fist since 1980, Mugabee still suppossedly see's himself as a hero fighting
against the forces of colonialism and capitalism. But for a heroic socialist hero this dude and his buddies have
accumulated a whole lot of wealth. President ha, ha. ha ... I'm sorry, I can't help it but that is what he calls himself,
President Mugabe makes sure that all the lucrative government contracts go to buisnesses controled by his cronies regardless
of how they perform while the rest of the nation suffers.
Hopefully he'll inspire a captitalist revolution.

| Buzzi Spouts off Again |
Supreme Court Jokestice Ruth Bader Ginsburg also coined as "Buzzi" by radio host Laura Ingram used her recent trip
to South Africa as an opportunity to slam her critics back home, defend her attempts to undo U.S. Sovereignty and whine
about her suppossed victimhood and mistreatment.
In her speech Jokestice Ginsburg moaned that she and
retired Jokestice Sandra Day O'Conner were named as targets for assignation on some ultra-rightwing blog due to their using
and referring to foreign law in rendering opinions and decisions on the Supreme Court of the United States. Ginsburg
blamed the Republicans in the Congress for speaking out about the blatant and treasoness Judicial Activism practiced by her,
O'Connor, Souter, and Breyer. After years of negligence and cowardness our Congress is finally contenplating taking back
their rightful place as the peoples representatives.
The
Supreme Court has been bypassing the will of the people and the laws of our land since world war two and has been legislating
by Judicial Fiat. The majority of citizens in this country are beyond outrage and beyond fed up with the courts elitist mischief.
From removing the very mention of the true GOD and prayer from our
schools, making up non existent eminations that bestow a non-existant right to privacy that in turn makes the murder
of preborn children legal, to siezing private property from citizens in order to to enrich the tax base of local municipalities,
to voiding the death penalty for sociopathic 16 year old murderers, and much, much more the Supreme Court went beyond
it's lawful and Constitutional authority and bestowed powers a long time ago.
In the U.S. some of our constitutional rights have disappeared.
It's only going to get worse if this court that up till now has been dominated by rogue world socialists elitists and amoral
secular humanists is not reigned in !
While I'm not for assasinating anyone, I'm all for storming the Supreme
Court, tar and feathering Ginsburg, Breyer, Steven, and that dope David Sourter and putting them on the first tramp steamer
to E.U. Headquaters in Brussels.
Buzzi, brilliant women that she is just can't seem to find enough reference
material in the numerous writings of the many American Jurists and legal thinkers that have gone before her. She seems
to have a particular difficulty in applying the clear and direct invectives listed in our constitution by the intellectual
and morally superior thinkers of our country's past. Her real problem is that she can't justify her amoral world socialist
and Secular Humanist intentions by accurately interpreting the clear writings of our constitution.
Ms. Ginsburg is a case study in what happens when
Senators shirk their duty in the name of good manner and follow an unwritten don't ask, don't tell, law when reviewing
Presidential Supreme Court Nominees . The way it is played or was played by the Republican Senators went like this; if
the President appoints a Nominee with a supposed high level of legal experience and expertese and a good rating from
the American Bar Association you pass them. First you put on a little dog and pony show. That way you make it look like you
are doing your job but you don't risk negative news media spin by taking a moral or constitutional stand and actually doing
your duty.
Buzzi should never have been approved as a Supreme
Court Justice by the Senate in the first place. That was one time that a Judicial Filibuster was warrented, here
is why :
First of all she was the general counsel for the
radical, constitution shredding ACLU and a liberal activist.
Also, and get her book Sex Bias in the U.
S. code or the 1993 Phyllis Schlafly Report if you don't believe me, she was an advocate of :
reducing the age of sexual consent to less than 12 years of age
ending the Mann Act which punishes those who engage in the interstate sexual trafficing
of women and girls
getting rid of Mother's and Father's Day which she considers offensive and sexual
stereotyping
drafting women to the armed services and putting them in combat with men
getting rid of the words he, she, him, her, his, hers
forcing taxpayers to pay for abortions
Hiring quotas for "career women"
ending laws against bigamy
putting an end to the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts and turning them into sexually integrated youth organizations
Not does this women lack the moral and intellectual integrity
to sit on our Supreme Court, she is a coward who doesn't have the guts to speak out here in America. No, she finds it necessary
to do her whining, criticising, and spinning in the presence of her world socialist sychophants at the Constitution Court
of South Africa. Not only that she also used the opportunity to criticise Justice Antonine Scalia who unlike her
is a human being and Suprme Court Justice of great intellect and integrity. Hopefully she'll do the country a favor and retire
soon. That way President Bush will have another opportunity to appoint someone of high moral caliber and great intelligence
to the Supreme Court.
But I suspect she might believe the Republicans will either
lose the next presidential election or nominate a candidate who is a Rockefeller Globalist Liberal Republican. If that's
the case, she ain't leaving any time soon. Too bad for America !
