"EARLY ECONOLINES AND CUSTOM AUTO INTERIORS"

I purchased my first early Econoline in 1972, a 1964 Wimbeldon White regular van. After over 30 years and two dozen trucks I have developed several modifications that are easy and inexpensive. These include a 20 gallon fuel tank, front disc brakes, Pontiac Feiro seats, pickup bed cover and an adapter bracket to fit a Maverick/Granada master cylinder.

My second early Econoline was a 1963 former Texaco van that I purchased in 1976. I added a 1965 289 HI-PO, C-4 automatic, 9" rear axle, front disc brakes and a custom interior.

This was the first vehicle I painted. I sprayed it 1976 Ford Medium Red Metallic lacquer with clear. I also added a matching padded vinyl top.

My current projects include a 1963 Falcon Deluxe Club Wagon, a 1963 Econoline 8 door van and a 1965 Econoline Spring Special pickup
