We strive to meet the needs of our patrons offering local information and history to a large variety of books and CD's from your favorite authors. The Saxton Community Library is a place for young and old alike to explore the world of reading, surf the Internet and participate in many communities activities. Great programs for children and adults are scheduled throughout the year and your library card opens the door to an exciting world. Our On-line Catalog Access is currently unavailable.  We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to correct the problem.  Toddler Story Time:  2nd Monday of each month 11:00 - 11:30 a.m.  Next session: June 11, 2012. Used Book Sale:  June 9, 11, 12 during open hours.  We are now accepting book donations.  Please no dirty, musty or mildewed books due to allergy concerns. SUMMER READING: "Dream Big, READ!"  Tuesdays, June 19 - July 17 from 10:00 a.m. till 11:30 a.m. for children entering Pre-K through 7th Grade.  Call 635-3533 to register.  OWN THE NIGHT: Teen Summer Reading program for students 12 and over.  Kick-off on Sunday, June 24 7:00-8:30 p.m.  This will be self-directed program with suggestions for reading, writing, and photography ending with an After Hours read-in and party for participants on Sunday, July 22 from 7-10 pm.
