Ricky A. Hines has been the owner of Schmidt Roofing since 1992 when the original founder, Ken Schmidt, retired. On most
ocasions, it will be Rick that will come to your house for an estimate or deal with questions or problems. We truly are a
small business where you will deal with the owner of the company on a personal basis. However, we pride ourselves on offering
service that is unbeatable no matter what size of business you are used to dealing with.
When you call or visit our office, you'll find Shelly and Melissa available to assist you. Whether you need an appointment
or have questions about your job, they'll do everything they can to help you. Most importantly, if you have a leak that is
covered under our 3 Year Workmanship Warranty, they will take your call and tell you when someone will be out to fix it (often
the same day). Once you call, we take care of the rest.
