April 2007

What a lucky man I am. I was able to get a second lesson with Brian Mogg. This time we worked on a better takeaway and top position. I am now swinging with a lower attack and cover that is really putting some nice compression on the ball. I will be monitoring my swing speed and carry distance and will be posting a spreadsheet with my stats. I would be glad to send it to anyone that wants it, you can edit it for yourself.

March 2007

The golf season in NJ is almost upon us. I have been working hard to get ready. I was lucky enough to get a few lessons to repair the swing flaws that I have. I spent a morning with top 100 teacher, Brian Mogg in Orlando and we worked on my posture and backswing. I plan to see him again in a few weeks to see what progress I have made. I also was re-fitted for my irons and I have made some adjustments to the length and grip size. So far I really like the setup.

New to the site is my Range Time newsletter. Check it out and let me know what you think.

January 2007

I am self declared golf junky (who else would create a golf site for his own use). I have been playing golf since 1995 and have taught both my boys how to play. I did not mean to teach them to be better than me but that is what happened.
My home course is Neshanic Valley in Neshanic Station, NJ. This is an excellent facility with 27 holes, Callaway Learning Center and a 9 hole academy course. I am there almost every weekend.

This site is for myself and friends to see what I am doing in golf. I have links for my scores, handicap, stats and clubs. I will soon list my favorite sites, courses and other stuff worth listing.

Have a great round,
