Annual Day and Overnight Country Retreat 2009
Students, Parents and Friends are invited to our annual Instructional workshops.
On August 7,8 & 9, Seishi Students attend indoor and outdoor training in Danby, New York.
Take this opportunity to train and have fun on a 2½ day weekend in a private, 40+ acre country setting. Workshops in Seishi Karate, self defense, traditional martial arts weapons, kendo, meditation, taiko drumming, yoga, and shakuhachi flute are available during this unique weekend exprerience. Also, participate in a talent show, group games, swim, fish, archery, walks/hikes, relax in a jacuzzi hottub, or just enjoy the country air. Reserve indoor jacuzzi suites, double or single rooms, and outdoor camping space for tents.
Meals are included for day and overnight workshop reservations.
