provided poses are modified to suit their specific needs and health problems.

True Yoga starts with self-acceptance. In my classes,
you will be asked to pay attention to your body and emotions.
You will be asked to practice kindness, awareness, balance and non-aggression
in your every day life.You will be
encouraged to challenge yourself and recognize the difference between"the
bad pain" and a "good pull" of the
beneficial stretch.
Every exercise program carries some type of risk On the
other hand, not doing any exercise or fitness program
carries a far greater risk for losing your good health, vitality and level of
fitness. My expertise as a chiropratic
theropist allows me to impliment modifications to Yoga postures that cause pain
and are less suitable for your
specific body type and level of fitness
