- Full construction document sets are estimated on a per project basis. The estimate is based on square footage of the necessary areas within the project.
- Conceptual renderings and 3D modeling is estimated on a per project basis. This estimate is based on square footage of the necessary areas within the project.
- Hourly rates for smaller and non-calculable projects are $35/hour.
- Images and renderings are included in the conceptual rendering package. They are additional at an hourly rate of $35/hour for modeling with construction documents.
