Who are we?

Michelle Fields is the Owner and Pastry Chef of Sinful Delight Cakes.

 

We started Sinful Delight Cakes in Denver Colorado in late 2000.

With our move to Riverview Florida in early 2005, we have taken our time to make sure everything was "Just Right" and we're now open for business.

In 1989, Michelle was selected as one of two applicants from the State of Colorado for the Walt Disney World's College Program in Hotel and Restaurant Management, where she started her formal training in the Artistry of Cooking.

She earned her "Ducktorate Degree" in Resort Studies and became a Junior Member of the American Culinary Federation, Inc.

 
 
 
 
Michelle's career has long roots that reach back in to her family history. With many “Family Recipes” that have been handed down from generation to generation.
