The Spinning program is a popular group cycling class. Spinning is a great way to make your fitness goals
a reality. There are no complicated moves to learn, certified, motivating instructors and music that makes
your legs want to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun.

WORLD GYM SPINNING POLICY
- You may sign up for SPINNING classes beginning the FRIDAY BEFORE the week of the class. There are a total of ten (10)
regular spots and two (2) alternate spots. You cannot sign up for anyone other than yourself.
- You are limited to taking two (2) classes per week.
- Each participant MUST have a water bottle and towel in order to take the class. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Each participant MUST be set-up and ready to begin class on time. You should plan on arriving 5 minutes before the scheduled
start time to set-up your bike. Please adhere to this policy so that we can ensure all classes start on time.
- We understand that traffic may cause delays or there may be circumstances beyond your control that prevent you from either
being on time, or showing up at all. Therefore, we allow a total of TWO "no shows". After that time, you will not be allowed
to sign-up for the regular spots but rather, can only sign up for the alternate spots. Please call the front desk immediately
(301-884-8096) as soon as you know you are going to be late for a class, or unable to attend at all. In that event,
your spot will be given to the first alternate on the sign up sheet.
