Small Plates

Moules Bowl
One pound of steamed P.E.I. mussels prepared with choice of sauce. Served with crusty bread. $11.00

• Classic white wine, shallots, garlic and light cream.
• Red curry, coconut creme, cilantro and lime juice.
• Zesty tomato, seafood broth, garlic and fresh herbs.

Brugge Frites
Fresh potatoes twice cooked in the true Belgian style. Served with a basil mayonnaise. $5.00

Hop Devil Battered Shrimp
Dipped in a beer batter and fried until crisp. Served with oriental dipping sauce. $10

Roasted Tomato and Spinach Dip
A hot and bubbly combination with Italian piave cheese, served with crostini toasts and celery sticks. $9.00

Seared Mango and Tofu
Sliced mango and tofu over sautéed spinach and topped with a ginger brandy suace. $8.50

Carbonnade Flamande
Beef braised in Belgian brown ale with sweet apples, apricots and rosemary. Served with frites for our take on a traditional Belgian dish. $19

Steak Frites

Mustard Crusted Salmon
Canadian Bay of Fundy filet, pan seared filet served over sautéed greens with a dijon cream sauce. Accompanied by herb risotto cake. $19

Fettucini and fresh seasonal vegetables tossed in a light lemon basil butter.  $15

Seafood Waterzooi
