This place is a little tricky to get to, if you are unfamiliar
with East Gloucester. Here are some comments:

Take 128 North to the end.

At the two circles, go straight (i.e. second exit off of the
circle).

At the two lights, go straight
-
After the second light, you'll be heading up over a hill
through a residential area.

At the stop sign at the bottom of the hill, bear right.

The water (Gloucester harbor) will be on your right
-
After a short distance (perhaps 1/4 mile) the Harbor House
(formerly the Catfish Grill) is on your left
