We have two one-bedroom cottages located beside our home in the Cliff Area, one of Nantucket's nicest summer residential areas. We are a seven-minute walk from a secluded public beach, twelve minutes from Jetties Beach, and fifteen minutes from town. At the end of Cabot Lane, the Nantucket Sound can be viewed in the distance with the ferries passing by every hour or so.

Sea Breeze (508 square feet) is the larger of the two cottages. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room, a bathroom and shower, and a kitchen and dining area. This cottage is suitable for two. $950/week in season.

Becalm'd (463 square feet) is smaller with a living-room area on one side and a kitchen on the other side of the room you first enter. Through this room is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a separate closet. A bathroom with a tub and shower is off the bedroom. This cottage is suitable for two. $850/week in season.
