We run 300-350 calls a year. We have in service 2 ambulances. A 2006 Ford Wheel Coach box, and a 1999 Ford AEV Trauma Hawk box. We currently have 18members.

The Snow Shoe ambulance service in October of 2000, separated from the Snow Shoe Fire Company. We bought a existing building in Snow Shoe Township that was previously owned by Eastern States Exploration. We have moved our offices, ambulances and bingo out to the new building which is located at 492 W. Sycamore Rd. Snow Shoe, PA 16874. The members and officers of the service are very proud of their surroundings. We now have more room in the two bay garage for their ambulances, moving out of a space with one door and barely enough room to park two ambulances side by side. In the new building we have a lounge, a practice room, bunk rooms and a kitchen. Along with that there are two office located in the front of the building where the officers take care of every day business. The rest of the building is set up for our Saturday night bingos, baby and wedding showers, and birthday parties for the community. We also sponsor Red Cross Bloodmobiles. There is ample parking and lots of room to grow with 6 acres of ground.
