Mission Statement of St. Athanasius Parish

We, the members of St. Athanasius Parish in Curtis Bay, are a Catholic family rich in diversities, but united in our beliefs. We are a welcoming and vibrant worshipping community who strives to see the face of Jesus Christ in all people. Answering our baptismal call, we seek the wholeness of our human family through worship, education, outreach, advocacy and evangelization. As servants of Christ we affirm our commitment to minister to the needs of our parish, our neighborhood, and those beyond our boundaries, seeking always to celebrate and witness to Christ - Our Way, Our Truth and Our Life.

For your convenience

Our worship space is equipped with a hearing assistance system. The ear speaker and receivers are located in the sacristy for anyone to use. Please return them following each Mass.
The phone system used in the parish is designed to provide our parishioners with the greatest possible access to the staff and to manage the volume of calls coming into the parish. After calling the Parish Office at (410) 355-5740, you may either listen to the entire greeting and press the suggested number, or, as soon as the greeting begins, you may enter the number of the staff or support staff member's extension. If a staff or support staff member is not present, you may leave a confidential message for them. In addition, our phone system always gives instructions on how to reach a priest in case of emergency.
