Here it is July already and Bee Time in Dresden
is less than a month away! I am working on some GREAT new Bee kits and can't
wait for you to see them! Be sure and take pictures of everything at Bee Time, pictures of the "Bee Boys", pictures
of what you eat during that time, what you are wearing, hanging out with your friends, what you buy, just everything!
That's a little hint for one or two of the kits you will want to be sure and take home with you! We are also going to
have OUTSTANDING SALE PRICES on our line of coasters, pens, notepads,
grippers, and magnets during bee time, so be ready to load 'em up and take 'em home! Also, for the first time, we are
going to have HOURLY SPECIALS on scrapbooking supplies during Dresden "Bee" Days
(you know, that day at the end of your bee time when you come to town and shop and visit!).
For all of you that take the time to come to town and shop and visit,
we appreciate you and your business so much! Thanks for all the support
you have given us over the years.
See you soon!

Rachel

The winter is finally over, brrrr, it was a cold one here! Not
much snow, but lots
of cold!
We had a lovely, beautiful, sunny weekend for Collectors Club gathering
and it was fabulous to see so many of you out and about visiting in town! Thanks to
all of you who came to Dresden and many, many thanks to those of you
who came into our store and said "Hello", and shopped. With the economy being what it is right now, we are really grateful
for every dollar spent in our store and will continue to bring in new scrapbooking products and kits, both the ones that I
design and other types of scrapbooking kit projects from several of our suppliers.
I wish you all a prosperous, healthy, beautiful spring.

Rachel

Wow! It's been awhile since I have updated
this blog! It is already the very end of October and I don't know where the months have gone! This was a busy
month for me. I went to the first family reunion that I have gone to in over 40 yrs and met 65 "new" cousins!
By new, I mean ones that I had never met before from my mom's Norwegian side of the family. We were very fortunate to
have 4 members of the family actually come over from Norway for this visit! We had a wonderful time and I am so happy
that I come from such a nice family! My great Grandfather was a blacksmith (as was one of my grandfathers and at least
one of my great uncles) and I was able to actually see the building that was originally built in approximately 1905
for his shop. Another cousin had a picture of GG standing in the doorway of the shop! Amazing!
I just came back from shooting wedding pictures for a friend in Pennsylvania
and had a wonderful time there AND the pictures turned out terrific! I am so pleased with them and am anxious to start
making her wedding scrapbook (my gift to them), but that will have to wait for a few weeks.
Our fall color seemed to take a long time to kick in, but we finally
got some beautiful color before all the leaves fell off.
There were still lots of leaves on the trees in Penn. and their color
was just gorgeous!
I hope you all have a very safe Halloween night, a thankful and warm
Thanksgiving day with your families and hope to see many of you for the Dresden Christmas parade festivities the first weekend
in December.

Well, here it is! "Bee Time" is starting this
week and I'm looking so forward to seeing so many of you, new friends and "old"! I hope that you all are as excited
about this time of year as I am!
I currently have 17 new scrapbook kits on the walls
just waiting for you! 16 of them are double page kits and there is 1 - one page kit. I have 6 more in the working
process and hope to have them completed and up and waiting for you by this Saturday. We have over 400 new die/laser
cuts original designs and quite a few of those are basket and bee ones, so you will have lots to choose from when you come
to town!
Have a fantastic time in Columbus and at The Homestead
and don't forget we are here in Dresden eager to see you!

The weeks have flown by and we are seeing all the
beautiful blossoms on the trees, bushes, and flowers around Dresden. The trees down Main Street have bloomed and gone
to green and the redbud, dogwood, forsythia and lilacs have been unblieveable this year! I will post a few pictures
for you to see. Look at the center of this page under the first picture.
The wedding album was finally finished and sent off (but no, not even
when I said it would be done in the last blog!) and the newlyweds called me the day they received it and were very happy and
excited about it! That made me feel grand!
We are looking forward to seeing all of you who will be able
to come to
the Basketfest Summer Celebation on June 6-7. We have new "laser"
cuts just
for that event, plus all the other new ones, both basket themed, sports,
vacation,
and more themes than I can mention!
See you soon!
