My name is Sue Navage, and I am the owner of Tuesday's Child Nanny Agency. My Agency
is committed to working closely with your family in order to find the most qualified nanny candidates for your position.
We tailor your search to the individual needs of your family. We have a personal approach, in that we come to your home
to assess your needs, and better understand what your concerns are. Once you have signed up with us, we begin the process
of interviewing and screening to locate a qualified nanny.
Our screening process is such that we are able to quickly eliminate unqualified candidates,
and locate quality nanny candidates for your family. When a candidate is screened, our focus is on professionalism,
age-appropriate experience, childcare style and work history. We screen nannies for experience, intelligence, loyalty,
stabliity and a strong work ethic.
As the safety of your children and family is paramount, we work with a leading employer securities
firm to perform a thorough background investigation on each nanny prior to placement. Our standard nanny background
check will include a Florida Statewide County Criminal Records Search, Florida State Police Criminal History, Statewide Sex
Offender Search, and a DMV Record report. We require CPR training for all our nannnies. All nanny references are
contacted and employment verification completed and the results are transcribed for you.
Tuesday's Child will also provide you with interview guidance, if needed. We
then will collect feedback after the interview, and refer more candidates if necessary. Once your selection has been
made, we complete the final Background Checks and refer all paperwork for your review and if needed help you make a
job offer. We will provide assistance to you on salary and tax issues also by refering you to specialists
in that area.
Once a successful placement has been made, and the nanny starts to work for you, Tuesday's Child
has a client satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason you are not satisfied, or your Nanny should leave for any reason,
we will assist in finding a replacement for no fee, within a 3 month period. In the event that a family might need
our services again, after the 3 month period, Tuesday's Child will give the family a reduced rate, in order to secure another
nanny for your family.
