About the Author-Suzy Beamer Bohnert
She is the author of the Game-Day Goddess Sports SeriesTM, nonfiction sports books that have gathered
rave reviews, including "Game-Day Goddess: Learning Football's Lingo," "Game-Day Goddess: Learning Basketball's
Lingo," and "Game-Day Goddess: Learning Baseball's Lingo." Her newest book is titled "Game-Day
Youth: Learning Basketball's Lingo," a part of the Game-Day Youth Sports Series. Another book in that series
is "Game-Day Youth: Learning Baseball's Lingo." Her fiction children's book called "Binkie Learns to
Fly" has garnered mass appeal and is a favorite of every young child.
Suzy Beamer Bohnert launched her writing career with a job as a newspaper sports editor. During that job, she interviewed
numerous coaches, athletes, and fans about sports, putting complicated games into simple words.

soccer teams.
