	This is Leclercs "Weavebird" the flagship of the company product line. This model is a 45" 24Shaft and the first 24s Bird brought into the states. I ran it thru a shakedown for about 4 months and then moved it over to Laurie Autio's studio. I have since placed a 32 Shaft with Laurie. The first Weavebird in the US was a 16s I placed with Cynthia Williams in Alton IL. Now that is a story in itself, ask her sometime. Performance in the field has proven the Weavebird to be the industry standard and the most prudent cost effective choice for large computerized looms. An 1800's vintage counterbalance loom retrofit with Leclerc Top Rollers, Shafts, Treadles, Lams and Sectional Warp to weave Rugs.   I liked it so much I kept it for a number of years and then sent it back to Maine where it originated with a very good weaver friend of mine      We have conversion kits to upgrade virtually every Leclerc model loom.
