With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate under his belt, Mr. Reif has personally purchased and sold office and residential properties and land totaling over $7.5 million.

 

His personal sales volume selling apartments, office buildings, shopping centers and land totals more than $100 million.   Mr. Reif’s development projects have included securing investor funding and/or loans for a 300-unit apartment complex and for a 323,000 sq ft multi-use office, retail and condo development in Dallas, Texas. Construction prices on these were in excess of $170 million.  Reif & Associates, Inc. has brokered over $200 million in sales.
