about 2:50 pm
until Mr. James goes home.
Congratulations to Coach Steven Mercado and
Chaffey High School's
Academic Decathlon Teams for finishing second in the San Bernardino County
competitions on January 26 and February 2. Chaffey has taken
second place in county four years running.

In addition to the schedule listed above, I assist head coach Mr.
Steven Mercado and Chaffey High School's Academic
Decathlon Team as they prepare for the 2009 San Bernardino County
competitions in January and February. My principal area of involvement is mathematics. I also
advise the Chaffey Astronomical Society (Chaffey's Astronomy club) and I support Chaffey's Christian Club
and Science Club.
My
classes meet in room 114 of the Math-Science Building.
18 years of teaching lead me to offer this extension
to Ecclesiastes 12:12 -- "Beyond this my son be
forewarned: the
calling of many meetings is endless, and excessive devotion to them wearies
everyone."
