Branch 103 of the National Postal Mail Handlers Union came to be
in 1979 with the construction of a new postal facility in Woburn, MA.
The facility merged Mail Handlers from three smaller facilities,
Woburn, Lowell and Lynn MA.
After outgrowing the Woburn facility, our current facility was constructed in North Reading, MA and a move to it was made in September 1990.
In 2008 our facility expanded with a major addition assuring Branch
103 a home for years to come.
