There are many people who say “president Lula is very optimistic, he is not seeing this crisis.”  Now, Lord in Heaven!  I am the type of human who when he visits someone in the hospital, when this person is sick, I don’t go on talking about how many people have died of this disease, I talk about the people who have been cured, of the persons who had that disease and then it went away….
