[Old Man Fishing] Ted Lanham's Lure Lovin' Homepage

                  updated 01/24/2008

This page is dedicated to my passion of  collecting the wooden, glass-eyed fishing lures produced by  Creek Chub Bait Company of Garrett, Indiana. I have been an avid collector of these baits for close to twenty years, but have only managed to gather but a relative handful for my collection. Most of the baits I have now have been gathered from a variety of sources such as yard sales and flea markets, with the better ones having been acquired by trading with other collectors. I had hoped by that keeping this page on the net ,accessible to millions of people, I could have another source for getting the baits that I need in my collection. Internet auctions have now made this nearly impossible. Most current contacts to me are just trying to find out the value of what their items have before they list them on an auction site. But, I'll keep trying anyway, so if you either have Grandpa's old tackle box in the attic or a nice lure from a garage sale and would like to sell it, or just get some advice about them, just click on this information link or send me a  email .
