Warning Description: Winter Weather Advisory

Warning Date: 7:17 PM CST on February 9, 2010

WarningSum:...Winter Weather Advisory Remains In Effect Until Noon Cst
Wednesday...

Warning Message:A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until noon CST
Wednesday. 
* Timing...winds will increase after midnight and continue
  through noon Wednesday.
* Accumulations...no significant accumulations are expected.
* Wind...winds will become northwest and increase to 20 to 30 mph
  with higher gusts after midnight.
* Impacts...blowing and drifting of the light powdery snow will
  lead to hazardous conditions tonight into tomorrow morning as
  County roads and lightly traveled secondary roads drift. Expect
  rapid changes in visibility over short distances. Wind chills
  will remain in the 10 below zero to 10 above zero range.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Winter Weather Advisory for blowing snow means that
visibilities will be limited due to strong winds blowing snow
around. Use caution when traveling...especially in open areas.
