Q. Do you ship outside of the United States?
A. No, not at this time.

Q. How soon after I order will my products be delivered?
A. If the product is in stock at our store, we will ship it out within 48 hours of receiving your payment. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail of the expected shipment date.

Q. Do you accept purchase orders?
A. Please contact us to see if we already accept purchase orders for your school district or municipality. If we do, then no problem. If we don't, then we will work with you to set it up.

Q. Can I pay by check?
A. Yes, you may pay by check, but your order will not be shipped until your check clears the bank.

Q. If one of the items I ordered is back ordered will the rest of the items be sent or held?
A. We will not hold up your order for back orders. We want you to receive your products as soon as possible.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Items in saleable condition may be returned within ten days of receipt. However, you will have to pay the return postage.

Q. How come Pat's so nice and Gerry's so mean?
A. That is a common misperception of unknown origin. Personally, I think Pat started it.

Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. We will ship your products in the most economical and efficient way. Most orders will be delivered by UPS or USPS. If you require faster delivery, please contact us since you will have to pay for the additional shipping fees.

Q. How much will I be charged for shipping?
A. Shipping is a minimum of $7.99 for residential delivery, $6.99 for all other addresses. This offer applies only to shipments within the contiguous 48 states and weighing 10 lbs. or less. If your order meets these requirements, you will be charged the following:

• Gift Certificates - shipping is free.
• Used Books - $2.00 for the first used book and .50 for each additional used book.
• All other items - $7.99 to residential addresses, $6.99 for all other addresses.
