To each birth I bring with me my doula bag of tricks and my birth ball.  My bag is full of massage tools, oils and lotions, hot and cold rice socks, essential oils, resource materials, snacks, a breastfeeding pillow, my digital camera, a CD player, relaxation music, hand knitted slippers for you to use, a small fan, a candle warmer and a candle, copies of your birth plan and any other items that I come up with and/or personalized items that you request for your birth.  Each couple chooses what items they feel will comfort and help them during their birth.

In accordance with the DONA motto, "a doula for every woman who wants one", my fee is negotiable if there is a financial concern.  Payment arrangements can also be made.  I accept cash, check and credit card payments through PayPal.
