"Picked up a trojan virus that disabled my desktop (even though I

was so disabled that he had to take it back to his office and returned it all fixed up in 2 days. He came to the house to
set up the desktop after it was cleaned up and, while setting up network printing capability, he did some tweaking to the
laptop to speed it up (a nice bonus!). He's prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and explains what he's doing. What's NOT

"After finally accepting that my CPU was not going to reboot, I called
Tom from CPR - Computer Problem Resolutions. I had called a big box store tech department but was not impressed with the price
or the service. Tom had an excellent rating so I decided to see if he could help. He answered my call promptly and we made
an appointment for him to come to my home to assess the problem. He knew exactly what had to be done, gave me his hourly rate
and all possible scenarios for repair once he had a chance to take it to his shop. After attempting to repair the old hard
drive, it became apparent that it was corrupt. He continued to attempt to save the data on the old drive while making arrangements
for the purchase of a new drive and additional RAM. During the few days Tom had my computer at his shop, he answered my calls
of concern promptly and always kept me informed (communication with Tom is excellent - something many service companies lack).
He understood the urgency of my getting the computer back as soon as possible and worked very diligently, in spite of having
other customers he was working with. I never felt that I was less than his most important customer. Tom kept the final appointment
promptly at the agreed time and within a couple hours I was up and running. He has generously agreed to continue to try to
recover data from the old drive, knowing that I lost a considerable amount of data." - Marla G., Tampa
