MOVEMENT TYPE

Brass, 30 hour, Pendulette movement, unsigned.
CASE SIZE & CONSTRUCTION Base=20 1/4", Height=9 1/2", Depth=4 3/4"
LABEL INFORMATION There is a remnant of an old label on the back of the case, but it is to worn with age to read. 
DIAL INFORMATION Small pressed brass dial with Arabic numerals. 

MISC. FEATURES

Wind up music box encased in timepiece below dial and pendulum.. Two battery operated lights, one in the oven on the right side of scene, and one on top of table on the left side of scene. The lights are operated by a small metal lever on the back of the timepiece. Intricately carved scene of an old homestead, complete with shingle roof, and all of the amenities you would expect to find in an old home. 
ACQUIRED FROM Mart table at the Lone Star regional in Arlington, TX. in March 1997.
CONDITION WHEN ACQUIRED Timepiece was in running order.
RESTORATION April 1997 -  Replaced old wires for the two small light bulbs. Replaced old AA battery.

December 1999 - Cleaned and adjusted movement.

HISTORICAL DATA I have no idea who made this timepiece, but they surely spent a good deal of time doing it. The carving is very intricate, and no details were left out.
