Honey Nut Chicken

Ingredients/ items needed

1 can Honey Roasted Peanuts
1 lb Chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 plates
Directions:

Crush the peanuts in a food processor (pulsing it will work just fine) until peanuts are crumbs
In a frying pan, put in olive oil to gently coat the bottom of it and heat it on Medium High
Place peanut crumbs on 1 plate
In another plate, crack 2 eggs and beat them with a fork
Dip the chicken into the egg and then into the peanuts
After coating the chicken with the peanuts, place into the frying pan and cook until the chicken is fully cooked, usually 5 minutes a side depending on the type of oven
