Rules Governing the Sale of Guns on the Hide

In order to keep all matters related to The Traditional Muzzleloader Message Hide completely legal, the following should be clearly understood.

Anyone may post a traditional muzzleloader for sale on the hide, but all correspondence related to a sale or purchase should be conducted privately between the buyer and the seller.

Various Federal, State, and Local regulations may apply in any instance in which any buyer and any seller of any gun or related item make a sale, purchase, trade, etc., and it must be understood that it is the responsibility of the buyer and the seller to be sure that any agreement is within the parameters of all laws.

I assume NO responsibility for the outcome of any situation that could develop as a result of any sale, purchase, trade, etc. entered into by anyone as a result of any post to the hide. The post is the responsibility of the poster and any deal made is to be made privately between the poster and anyone who contacts the poster.
