Tomislav Novosel, a principal of ANA & Associates,  graduated from Lawrence County Vocational Technical School in Drafting Technology then received his B.S.M.E. degree from Tri-State University, Angola, Indiana.  He is certified Plumbing Engineer and Sewage Enforcement Officer.  Tom offers his "hands-on" construction experience, combined with practical design in a small community oriented atmosphere.
