NGC6905

NGC 6905 is a planetary nebula located in the constellation of Delphinus. It comes in at about magnitude 12 and is not too difficult to detect visually though small and faint. Planetary nebulas are created from mid-sized stars literally "puffing"out a cloud of material at the end stage of their
lives. Our own sun may very well "puff"out its own planetary nebula in about 5 billion years! This photo was taken with the 11" scope on Kodak Gold 1000 for 15 minutes at F6.3
