We're located in a residential area of Surf
City about 2/3 of a mile south of the traffic light at the
center of town. It is in the Turtle Cove Townhomes.
Only a quiet residential street, South Shore Drive, separates us
from the beach. We have a community pool and a private
walkway to the beach. Across the complex, on the east side
of South Topsail Drive (Rte. 50), is a family park with Basketball Court,
picnic pavilion, and Tot lot.
The surrounding homes are large and well cared for.
