Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the rental of our vacation home.  I include here a listing of the principle terms for the rental. Upon request,  I would be glad to provide a copy of the rental agreement as well as a map of the house location.

Rental Rates are $980/week during the months of June, July, and August; $800/week during May and September; and $625/week at other times of the year.  Please contact me regarding weekend rentals during the off-season.  The rental is subject to state, county, and local taxes.  An optional $50 fee will be added if you would like us to supply linens for beds and bath towels.  A refundable $150 security deposit is required.  Please click the button at the bottom of this section for a listing of some sample billings.

Half of the total will be required to make a reservation, the balance will be due 30 days before your arrival date.  Any reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid by cash,  money order, cashier's check, or credit card (through Paypal).

Additional Rental rules include:

	Sorry, no Pets Allowed (we love them, but the association doesn't)
	No Smoking in the house
	Family groups only, no "house parties" of high school or college students
	No grilling on the decks
	Clean-up is required before check-out
