October 15 - 19, 2008.

The reunion packets containing price info and specifics on how to reserve hotel rooms and sign up for the reunion went out via U.S. Mail to all paid up members on Saturday, March 22. By now, everyone who is paid up should have his reunion packet in hand. If you are interested in joining us in Tucson but haven't paid your dues for 2008, there's still time. Send your $10 dues to 6927th Alumni, P. O. Box 6158 Delray Beach, FL 33484 and include a note indicating that you would like the reunion materials. We'll get back to you with the info as to how to reserve your hotel room and register for the reunion itself.

Mon Sep 15 6 PM Deadline for making hotel room reservations.
Wed Oct 8 Deadline for reunion registration forms to Jerry.
Wed Oct 15 3 PM Rooms available for hotel check-in.
3PM - MIDNIGHT Hospitality room open for sign-in and socializing.
6:30PM - 7:30PM Hotel Welcome Reception (Southwestern Buffet).
Thu Oct. 16 9 AM - 4PM Visit the Pima Air & Sace Museum and the Davis-Monthan AFB airplane boneyard
6 PM - Midnight Hospitality room open.
Fri Oct 17 "Roll your own" daytime activity choice.
3 PM-Midnight Hospitality room open.
Sat Oct 18 9:30AM 6927th Alumni Business Meeting.
After Meeting-4:30PM Hospitality room open.
No scheduled activities until 6:30PM.
6:30PM-11:00PM Banquet. (See Menu below)
Sun Oct 19 By Noon. Check out of hotel.


Saturday Banquet Menu

Because the banquet will be a served meal with a choice of three entrees.
we will need to tell the hotel how many of each dish will be needed in advance.
Therefore, please don't forget to indicate the entree choice for ech member
of your party when you complete the reunion registration.
