Mon Sept 7 6 PM Deadline for making hotel room reservations
Wed Sept 30 Deadline for reunion registration forms to Jerry.
Wed Oct 7 3 PM Hotel rooms available for check-in.
3 PM - Midnight Hospitality room open for reunion sign-in and socializing.
Thur Oct 8 9AM-4PM Bus tour of the Chickamunga Battlefield, and Fuller Gun Collection,
Ride the Tennessee Valley RR steam train , tour Chattanooga proper
and ride the city’s carousel.
6 PM - Midnight Hospitality room open
Fri Oct 9 All Day "Roll-your-own" activities/excursions .
3 PM - Midnight Hospitality room open
Sat Oct 10 9 AM 6927th RSM Alumni business meeting. .
After meeting- 5 PM "Roll-your-own" activities/excursions .
After meeting - 4:30 PM Hospitality room open
6:30 PM- 11 PM Banquet -- see menu below.
Sun Sept 11 By 12 Noon Hotel Checkout.


P R I C I N G


Hotel Rooms: $79.99 plus tax per night
Hospitality: $10 For member , $5 for each guest
Bus Tour: $30 per person (Includes train ride fare. Lunch additional)
Banquet: $25 per person (See menu below)


NOTES:

1 We have arranged with the hotel for attendees to opt to stay there three days before or three days after the reunion at the reunion price (includes breakfasts on all days).

2 The reunion receives credits from the hotel for the rooms that our members book in connection with the reunion.
This helps pay for the various perks (e.g., hospitality room, airport shuttle service, etc.) PLEASE BOOK YOUR ROOM THROUGH THE REUNION.

If the hotel doesn’t book enough rooms in the block set aside for us, the hotel will charge us for amenities we would otherwise
be getting at no charge. The increased costs will end up being passed through to the attendees anyway.

3. We will need to release any unsold rooms in the block they are holding for us 30 days prior to our arrival
. So, please be sure that you have made your room reservation directly with the hotel no later than 6:00 PM September 7th.
