QUOTE OF THE DAY:
"Never buy men bathrobes. If God had wanted men to wear, bathrobes, he wouldn't have
invented jockey shorts."

LIKE TUPPERWARE:
Burleson Woman arrested for selling erotic products; lawyer challenges Texas statute.
Joanne Webb, a former teacher and member of the Burleson Chamber of Commerce, faces
criminal charges for selling what she calls "sensual products" or "marital aids." Mrs. Webb, who sells the products through
a national company called Passion Parties, Inc., was arrested after selling the erotic toys to two undercover police officers
in October.
Passion Parties, Inc. "where it's always Valentine's Day," markets its "romance products"
using the Tupperware model. A housewife hosts a party for her friends at which they can buy "Passion Pudding, Lickety Lube,
Lucky Stiff," etc. The company says the enterprise is ideal for "stay at home moms."
Under Texas law, selling or promoting such products as anything other than "novelties"
is illegal. Ms. Webb's Fort Worth attorney, BeAnn Sisemore plans to seek an injunction against further enforcement of the
law. "You can lie about it and sell it," says Ms. Sisemore, "but if you tell people what these devices are and what they do,
that's against the law. I want someone to explain that to me because that is flawed."
"Forget Michael Jackson! Forget Kobe!" says legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin. "This
is the case!"
