Relay News . . .

Join us for the 2010 American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of Southern Wood County Open House and Kick Off on November 17, 2009 from 5:30 - 8 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.  Alyssa Grace will be a guest speaker at the event.  Plan to be at the kickoff at 5:30 to hear her inspirational story.  Relay For Life teams have been invited to serve their favorite tailgate foods and non-alcoholic drinks as a fundraiser for their teams.
Online registration will be available during the kickoff.  All participants who either sign up online before the kickoff or the night of the event, will be entered into a drawing.  Everyone is encouraged to sign up online to reduce paperwork and help save a tree!  Visit www.relayforlife.org/BG for more information about our local Relay and to sign up.
Relay For Life is a community event.  It includes not only residents of Bowling Green, but also those who live in Haskins, Pemberville, North Baltimore, Grand Rapids, etc.  Spread the word and invite as many interested individuals as possible.  The bigger the event, the better it will look to those who are new to Relay and want to learn more.
Come CELEBRATE with us and find out what Relay For Life is all about!  Help us REMEMBER the loved ones we have lost to the disease, and FIGHT BACK by helping to raise awareness and funds in the community!
