Here are some of the exciting worship opportunities and studies that we will engage in during this Lenten season. Our midweek service will be a series entitled the “Signs of Salvation.” We explore these various signs: Ashes, Rainbow, Baby, Healing, Celebration, and the Sign Spoken Against. Our Midweek Service will also contain some drama and special readings, all to enhance our Lenten Journey. for you.  Our Sunday morning Bible Study will be an in-depth look at the book of Colossians.  The cost for your workbook will be only $2.  “In depth” means that we will do more than just hit the surface themes.  We will dig into the concepts, words and phrases that Paul uses to get God’s message across to the people in this Greek town.

Enhance your Lenten Journey by participating in all of these opportunities.  Immersing yourself in worship and God’s Word is the best thing you can do for your spiritual health.

SOUP SUPPER

On Wednesday, February 13th, there will be a Soup Supper sponsored by our LWML Women for Christ group.  There will be soup, salad, bread, and dessert.  It will be served from 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.  Donations received will go to missionary Rev. Chuck Tessaro, serving in Africa with Lutheran Bible Translators.

Come, join us for a nice soup supper just before our Lenten midweek service.
