If you do not have a church home, we invite you to experience the Lenten and Easter Seasons at Trinity Church! Sunday School for All Ages at 9:45 a.m. Worship Service at 11 a.m. You are welcome!
Lent is the time from Ash Wednesday through the day before the Day of Resurrection. Lent is designed to prepare for the commemoration of the Holy Week activities of Passion/Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, and the Death of Jesus Christ on Good Friday and the celebration of the Day of Resurrection and the entire Easter Season.

Ash Wednesday, March 5
Come for dinner at 6 p.m., followed by the Sacrament of Holy Communion.
TUREEN DINNER at 6 p.m.
Bring a dish to share and your table settings. Beverages will be provided. Dinner begins at 6 p.m. in Tait Hall (first floor, main building). Trinity's Session is in charge of arrangements.
DEVOTIONS at 6:55 p.m.
Following a time of food and fellowship, we will have our brief time of devotions, which includes communion today. The service lasts about 20 minutes.

*Morning worship at 11 a.m. focuses on the Lenten season. Special music will be presented by Tony Paglia
Sunday, March 30...
*Morning worship at 11 a.m. focuses on the Lenten season. The choir's anthem will be "Be Still, My Soul"
Sunday, April 6...
*Morning worship at 11 a.m. focuses on the Lenten season. "Shepherd Psalm" will be the choir anthem.
Sunday, April 13...
*Morning worship at 11 a.m. celebrates Palm/Passion Sunday, including the Procession of Palms by children and the distribution of palms to all worshipers. The children's and adult choirs will combine for "Hear the Children Sing 'Hosanna!'"
Monday, April 14...
*The Mercer Music Club will sponsor an old-fashioned hymn sing at 7:30 p.m. in the sanctuary
Maundy Thursday, April 17...
*Maundy Thursday (so called since this was the day when Christ commanded His followers to spread the Good News of the Gospel to all people) is marked with the Sacrament of Holy Communion as part of the Dinner and Devotions program, which begins with a covered dish dinner at 6 p.m. in Tait Hall The adult choir will sing "Let Not Your Heart be Troubled" during the service.

*The Day of Resurrection begins with an organ recital at 10:35 a.m. During the service, the adult choir will present "Sing and Shout Praises!"

*The Easter season continues through the next six Sundays.
COME FOR THE FOOD...
*Share in a tureen dinner in Tait Hall (ground floor, main buidling) at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays during Lent. Bring your table service and a dish to share. Beverages will be provided. A time of devotions follows. The Sacrament of Holy Communion will be celebrated on  April 17.
*All men and boys are invited to the monthly men's breakfast program, at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 13 and May 11.
*The Day of Resurrection begins with light refreshments at 9:45 a.m. in Tait Hall (first floor, main building).
