Boy Scouts is for all boys who have;
earned the Arrow
of Light Award,
or have completed the fifth grade,
or who are 11 through 17 years old,and subscribe to the Scout Oath and Law.
The purpose of the Boy Scouts of America, incorporated on February 8, 1910, and chartered by Congress
in 1916, is to provide an educational program for boys and young adults to build character, to train in the responsibilities
of participating citizenship, and to develop personal fitness.
Scouting makes a direct and positive impact on our community
by teaching positive values and leadership skills to youth. Join the individuals, corporations, and foundations who support

Patrol Leader's Council Meetings
(PLC)
Every 2nd Monday of each month at 6 to 7pm before our regular Troop Meeting.
Any Scout who holds a leadership position must attend.
(Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Patrol Leader, Assistant
Patrol Leader, Quatermaster, Scribe,Librarian, etc.)

What to Bring to Every Meeting and Event.
Each scout should bring a small back pack to every meeting/scouting event with them which should include, but
not limited to the following:
Notebook with paper, pencil, scout rope, compass, whistle, pocket knife, poncho, bug spray, sun screen, boy
scout book, current meritbadge information you are working on, firestarting kit, mess kit with cup/silverware, hand soap/sanitizer,
and a flashlight .

We had a great year of the contest but due to lack of interest we are going to stop the contest. But thanks
for entering and if we have enough interest maybe in the future we will start it up agin.
