Welcome!

Are you seeking a supportive religious community for worship, discussion, and friendship?  Are you looking for a church that encourages personal spiritual growth and social justice?  If so, then we are looking for you as much as you are looking for us! Welcome!

Our Sunday service begins at 11:00AM (see Sunday Mornings for descriptions).
Please stop at the table just to the right of the front door where greeters will welcome you, be glad to answer any questions and provide you with a name tag.
The sound of chimes will announce that the service is about to begin and it is time to enter the sanctuary. Please stay after the service for coffee and conversation.

At least twice a year New UU classes are held to acquaint you with the UU heritage, UUism today and this congregation. You can find additional information online at the Unitarian Universalist Association's Newcomers page.

When you feel ready to join our congregation, please make an appointment to speak with our ministers or a member of our Membership Committee who will discuss the responsibilities of membership, answer any questions you still might have and  give you a new member packet. New members are recognized on Sunday mornings after they have signed the Membership Book.

Our ministers are Mel Hoover and Rose Edington. Please join us for brownbag lunch and conversation with Mel and Rose on Tuesdays as noon.

We affirm and promote the inherent worth and dignity of every person (the first principle of Unitarian Universalism).   We have completed the UU Association's   Welcoming Congregation Program. Among UUs, a Welcoming Congregation is one that publicly and intentionally welcomes bisexual, gay, lesbian and/or transgender people as members, friends and guests; celebrates the lives of all people and their ways of expressing love for each other; and takes a public stand against oppression on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity in the larger community.

Our buildings are handicap accessible. If you need special assistance in order to attend programs and services, please contact our office.

Our Office Manager's hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 to 2:00.
