HISTORY OF CLUB

  • Formed by Mr. Epps and Mr. Sherwood (now at Germantown Elementary) in 2000 so they could share their passion of fishing with their students.
  • Club is made up of students in 2nd -5th grade
  • 12 members in 2000
  • 21 members in 2001
  • 32 members in 2002
  • 35 members in 2003
  • 42 members in 2004
  • 52 members in 2005
  • 63 members in 2006

CLUB GOALS

Teach students the fundamentals and strategies of better fishing.

 

Instruct students about the environment, and how to care for it.

 

Provide students the opportunity to enjoy the sport regardless of age or experience.
