Directions: The site is easily reached from Rt. I-295.

Going South on I-295, pass the Westville/Woodbury exit (#24) to the National Park exit (#Exit 23). Proceed along the exit ramp and at the top, make a right turn onto Hessian Avenue. Follow it straight about two miles directly into Ft. Mercer.

Going North on I-295, pass the Paulsboro exit (#21) and take the Woodbury/Red Bank exit (#22) and follow the Red Bank sign, making a right turn onto County Rt. 644. Follow this road to the traffic light at Hessian Ave. and turn left. Proceed on Hessian Ave. about a mile directly into Ft. Mercer.

From Southernmost New Jersey, Take Rt. 55N to Rt. 42 to Rt. 295S. Once on Rt. 295S you are only a few miles away from the exit. See above to coninue direction from this point.
