1 whole fryer or roasting chicken (sized to fit your crockpot)
1 small (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
Thoroughly wash chicken, remove gizzard and other organ meats, and pat dry. In a small bowl, mix the lemonade concentrate and spices. Place chicken in crockpot, preferably on a roasting rack. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
